Padmavati Forge 

Close Die Forging and Heat Treatment Facility

Padmavati Forge was established in 1992 to cater the customer requirements with closed die forgings. Our forge shop has two friction belt Hammer lines of 1.5-ton capability to produce closed die forging ranging from 250 gm to 2 kg. Our forging capacity is 2400 MT annually. We mainly produce crankshafts, Levers, Gear box parts and automotive components from our forge shop. Our forging shop has all the facilities in-house for die making, designing, inspection, lab & heat treatment and Induction hardening.

UNIT 03

Padmavati Casting

Foundry

M/s Padmavati Castings Pvt. Ltd. (FOUNDRY) To serve our valued customers’ castings requirements with quality, quantity and On-time delivery. We started a new high-pressure foundry in November 2013, which has a capacity of producing 1,500 MT of grey cast iron and S.G iron monthly. We have all in-house facilities for inspection, fettling core making, metallurgical lab etc.
